Primary Content Slides

• Slides should not be modified without prior
  approval of HOC Coordinator
• Slides must utilize the background color, font
  color, font size, and HOC 2007 logo in upper left
  corner as defined in these guidelines
• An organization logo may be placed in the upper
  right corner of the slides, if desired
• Other slide layouts may be used as needed, but
  colors and font sizes must conform to attached
  guidelines

• Photo slides may be used as needed

Presenters Time Table

• All presenters are requested to notify Cassie
  Rogers via e-mail at cassie.n.rogers_at_lmco.com
  with their proposed topic and a short summary by
  1 September 2007
• All preliminary presentations must be received by
  15 September 2007
• Once advised of presentation review committee
  approval, all final presentations must be
  received by 30 September 2007

• Presentations may be e-mailed as attachments to
  cassie.n.rogers_at_lmco.com
• Presentations may also be mailed on CD, 3.5
  floppy, or ZIP (100 or 250 MB) media
