  not for actual advising
• 2) Podcasting post weekly announcement and
  disseminate general info.
• 3) Facebook send a reminder e-mail to the
  student prior/after the appointment. See
  example. Also, students now can send
  receive text messages on/from their phone
  via Facebook.

  Schedule. 3 ) E-file. Each student has a
  electronic file which uses a spreadsheet
  to grades, classes taken, etc. E-file can be
  accessed both in Stillwater and Tulsa
  campus 4) Use Instant Messaging only with
  colleagues, not with students
