Minutes of the OCCA Fall MeetingNovember 4, 2004

• The Ontario Conference of Casualty Actuaries
  (OCCA) held its Fall meeting on Thursday,
  November 4, 2004 at Ernst and Young, located at
  222 Bay Street, Toronto, Ontario from 400 p.m.
  to 700 p.m.
• A motion to approve the minutes of the June 3,
  2004 Spring Meeting was carried.
• A motion to approve the new members and
  subscribers was carried.
• The open officers position was filled by
  acclamation
• Lisa Guglietti, Vice President
• A motion to approve the Financial Statements for
  the 2004 fiscal year was carried.

  announced

• The following topics were addressed by our guest
  speakers

  International Financial Reporting Standards
  Applied to Property and Casualty Insurance
• David Oakden of Towers Perrin presented Is
  Enterprise Risk Management for Actuaries?
• Pat Teufel presented CAS Update Where We've
  Been, Where We Are, and Where We're Going on
  behalf of the CAS
• The meeting was adjourned.
