The problem with Being Sedentary
  • Dictionary Definition Doing or requiring much
    sitting
  • Just by definition we can tell this isnt
    desirable when wanting to achieve optimum health
  • Overtime
  • increase in resting heart rate
  • increase in blood pressure
  • higher levels of LDL
  • lowered levels of HDL
  • more likely to fatigue during normal day
    activities (lawn mowing, household cleaning)
  • less calories used increase in pounds of fat

The more you use your body the healthier it gets!
  • The more you use your car, the less efficient it
    is. The opposite is true for your body! So why
    sit around all day? Get up DO SOMETHING!
  • Increase longevity with daily physical exertion!
