• "yeah, faith was enough for Abraham, but thats
  because he lived before the Mosaic Law was given.
  All of us now live after the Mosaic Law and
  therefore, unlike Abraham, we are responsible to
  follow it."

  covenant

• Paul silences any objection that would say that
  Abrahams experience (justification and
  sanctification by faith alone) does not apply to
  this 1st century Gentile audience.

  Someone who thinks so little of Gods revealed
  standard isnt even worth listening to!"

• vv25-27 We're not "sons-in-training." We're
  full sons of God heirs of the promises of
  Abraham.
• vv28-29 So there's no such thing as a "spiritual
  elite" - all of us stand on equal footing before
  God!

- Completely righteous in God's eyes - Indwelt by
His Spirit - Possessing eternal life - United to
Christ - Adult sons of God
