confederacy war in the place that is now Georgia
against the England army and the woodland

He was born in Atlanta.

- The president Jimmy Carter was born in Georgia
on a peanut farm. When he was 5 he sold peanuts
on the road. Then when he was an adult he worked
on the farm until he got into politics. - Andrew young was the first African American to
the south elected to the U.S. congress. Then he
became a ambassador. Then he became the mayor
for Atlanta. - There also was something called the trail of
tears which the Cherokee were forced out of there
homes and sent us government to move thousand of
miles away.

- You might want to live here because there are
lots of job opportunities. - You would really want to live in Atlanta because
it has lots of places to work - It also has lots of hospitals in a 10 minute
drive from were ever you live. - There is also good soil to grow crops if youre a
farmer.
