7End of Instruction (EOI)
- Students must have taken an EOI if they have
completed one of the following courses in
Oklahoma - English II, English III, Algebra I, Geometry,
Algebra II, US History, Biology - Ms. Johnston will be contacting those seniors who
are missing scores in the next weeks to schedule

interested in the military - Juniors and Seniors can register through advisory
in December or through the counseling office at

13NCAA Clearinghouse

common/ - Students are responsible for notifying their
counselor if they have registered with NCAA. We
do not receive notification from NCAA. - Transcripts needed for NCAA Signup for
transcript with Ms. Cooper and place (NCAA) next
to students name. - There is no longer a NCAA Transcript Request Form.
14Senior Credit Checks
- Have been completed by all counselors.
- Counselors met with all students and have mailed
notification letters home. - Counselors will meet with seniors and send out
letters again at the end of 1st semester. - December 11, 2009 is the deadline for students to
complete MHS On-Line Credit Recovery in order to
receive credit.
15- Contact OKPromise at (800) 858-1840 to confirm
they have received all required paperwork and
have current contact information. - You are responsible for notifying OKPromise of
any changes. - OHLAP will contact qualifiers the summer
following graduation
