Diabetic neuropathic ulcers

• Neuropathy is the loss of sensation due to the
  effects of the diabetes.

• Removal of callus and debride the wounds.
• Prevention of new ulcerations.

• Loss of the integrity of the venous system causes
  chronic swelling or edema in the legs.
