You better make sure you have been paying
attention, because on Fridays your Amazing Race
begins by using FATE CARDS! Depending on each
unit each fate card can be different.

Detour and Roadblock

• Every team will have to complete the Detour
  and Roadblock challenge to be able to get a fate
  card.

Bonus Card
For example, there are some fate cards that
reward your teams with a bonus (money or
specialty items such as a map or free clue)

Yield Card
And some fate cards allow you to sabotage the
other teams around you taking away their teams
money or even make them fall behind in the race!

Challenge Card
Some fate cards are challenge cards that make you
answer a question right about what you have been
learning.

Intersection Card

• You have to choose a direction to go.
• Depending on the direction you choose is what
  card you will get. Ex if you choose north, you
  may get a bonus card.

Fate Cards arent the only part of the game. You
must identify who is keeping guard of the grand
prize.

grand prize?

• Each team will be given currency needed for
  that country. Since we are traveling through
  Europe we will be using the Euro for all 4
  countries.

• I will try to persuade you to buy prizes with
  your money along the way. You can choose to
  spend your Euros on prizes, or save your money
  until the end. You can also buy clues from me
  with your money.
