Patient 500lb 38 year old African American
male Symptoms Aphasia and right sided
hemiparesis. Issues No hospital in NYC willing
to scan a patient over 400lbs. Patient went 5
days without a CT scan. Imaging Large MCA
infarct with mass effect midline shift.
