transform information exchange between the NYISO
and its stakeholders

• Enhance the usability, navigability and content
  provided by NYISOs internet presence
• Provide secure website sections to allow free
  exchange of document and comments
• Establish the foundation for creating a single
  point-of-access for Market Participants to
  interact, trade and communicate with the NYISO

MDEX User Registration

• Unregistered Users may browse public pages
  without logging in
• Registered Users log in with a username and
  password
• Registered Users are either General Public users
  or Market Participant users
• General Public users see only public Committee
  page
• Market Participant users see additional private
  pages and private portlets
• Users create their own Usernames and Passwords
• Registration information and all content is
  provided via a secure HTTPS connection
• MDEX accounts are accessible from any workstation
