2The Defense Commissary Agency Vendor Price Change
system is located at http//www.deca-ec.com/home.h
tml The screen below will be displayed for
Vendor Login.
Click here to Log In
3The next screen will ask for your User ID and
Password. Your User ID and Password should be
the same. It will be DECA followed by your
vendor number DECAH093, for example.
(1) Type your User ID here in all CAPITAL LETTERS
(2) Type your Password here
(3) Click Here to Sign On
4Next, the main menu is displayed. When signing
on for the first time, click on Edit my account
to verify your account information and change
your password.

5Your account information will appear on the next
screen. Review and make any necessary changes.
For Securitys Sake - You must change your
password the first time you log on. Otherwise
anyone can access your account because the same
password is given to every Vendor. Dont
forget your new password!!
(1) Review existing account information and make
changes if any information is incorrect
(2) Type your current password here
(3) Type new password here
(5) Click here to update information
(4) Type new password again here
6If you entered your password correctly, you will
see the following screen. It confirms that your
account has been updated successfully.

Click here to return to the Main Menu
7Once you return to the main menu you may submit
price changes.
Click here to submit a price change
8The next screen allows you to select a contract
(PIIN)
(1) Select a Contract (PIIN)
(2) Click here to continue
9The next screen allows you to select a contract
(PIIN)
(1) Select a Region
(2) Click here to continue
10The next screen allows you to make any price
changes.
(1) Select the items you want change
11(1) Select the date you want the price
change(s) to be effective
(3) Click here to continue
12(1) Click here to return to Step and make
corrections before sending change
(2) Click here when you are ready to send price
changes
(3) Click here to continue
13The next screen confirms the changes and provides
a TCN number for future status checks. From this
screen you may (1) return to the Main Menu to
submit more price changes, (2) Logout, or (3)
search history to check on the status of other
price changes

14With the Search History option, you can look up
price changes either by TCN or by Effective
Date. You may also go to advanced search options.

17The Advanced Search screen allows you to narrow
your search results even further.
(1) Enter the period of time for which you want
to search
(2) Enter the effective dates for which you want
to search
(3) Select the status that is appropriate to your
search
(4) Select the order you would like the results
grouped by
0(5) You may enter a text item to restrict search
results
(6) Click here to search
(6) Click here to return to the simple search

20- VENDOR LOGIN
- If a Password or User ID is not entered or is
entered incorrectly, the following error - message will be displayed
- User ID or password incorrect
- Please enter your User ID and Password
- EDIT MY ACCOUNT
- Account information
- All required fields must contain vendors
account information. If they are left blank, the
- following error message will be displayed
- The following required fields were left blank
- Password Change
- Current password must be entered correctly. If
an incorrect password is entered, the - following message will be displayed
- Cannot update password information - Old Password
is incorrect
21- SUBMIT PRICE CHANGES
- Contract Selection
- A single contract must be selected to continue.
If no contract is selected, the following error - message will be displayed
- No Contract (PIIN) selected, please click here to
return to Step 1 and select a - Contract (PIIN)
- Region Selection
- A single Region must be selected to continue.
If no Region is selected, the following error - message will be displayed
- No Region (DoDAAC) selected, please click here to
return to Step 2 and select a - Region (DoDAAC)
- Effective Date
- An effective date of 4/1/99 or 4/16/99 must be
entered. If an effective date is not selected,
the - following error message will be displayed
- You must choose an Effective Date. Please go
back or use the back button on your browser to
return to step 3
22- SEARCH HISTORY
- Effective Date
- An effective date of 4/1/1999 or 4/16/1999 must
be entered. - If an effective date is not selected, the
following error message will be displayed - You must choose an Effective Date. Please go
back or use the back button on your browser to
return to step 3 - If an effective date is entered incorrectly,
the following error message will be displayed - You have entered an invalid date. Please go back
and enter your dates in (MM/DD/YYYY) format.
23Helpful Hints
- Click on the button on your
browser to return to the previous page. - Click on the button on your
browser to print the current page. -
- Use the footer, displayed at the bottom of each
screen, to navigate to the - main menu, home, email, logout or help screen
at any time. - You must change your initial password after you
logon for the first time. Each vendor - is given the same generic password, DECA
followed by your vendor number. Change - your password to protect the security of your
account. Dont forget your new password!
24Helpful Hints
- If you are inactive for 10 minutes, you will
automatically be logged out. - After your price change is confirmed, record
the Transaction Control Number (TCN). - This number can be used later to check the
status of that particular transaction. - Please use the Search History option to check
the status of each of your price changes. - Status will be one of the following
- Approved - your price change has been approved
- Rejected - your price change was rejected
- Submitted - your price change has been
submitted, but not yet processed. - Received and In Process - your price change has
been submitted, and is being - processed by DeCA's computer systems
- Not Processed Due to Internal Error - there
was some error with your price change - that prevented it from being processed
successfully. Price changes in this status - need to be resubmitted. If the error persists,
contact Customer Support.
