• Conflict of interest
• IAQG OT voting members must not have a financial
  relationship with any certification or
  accreditation body (incompatible)
• A declaration form stating non-existence of
  conflict of interest will be work out and signed
  by IAQG OT voting members

• Certificates in OASIS
• For new or changed certificates, Uploading become
  mandatory from July 1, 2005
