• Media Strategy

• Arrange catering/venue
• Arrange A-V/IT
• Collate RSVPS
• Advise RMIT Security (If Minister attending)

• 2 Weeks Prior

• Background Speech notes and Event Order to
  Ministers Office
• Background, Speech notes to V-Cs Office

• 1 Week Prior to Event
• Acceptance List Event Order to

• Finalise all other logistics
• Arrange Official Meet and Greet for Ministers
