TxDOT FTA Requirements
Plan addresses any entity providing public
transportation services if it is a local/state/or
federal entity or receives financial assistance
from a local/state/or federal entity.

TxDOT FTA Requirements
Plan shall consider incorporate information in
Federal Transportation Bill, SAFETEA-LU
(2005). SAFETEA-LU requires locally developed
coordination plan for all FTA programs for
underserved populations.
