Centrex Overview

• ATT provides over 3.8 Million Centrex lines to
  customers within 22 operating states. These
  lines are supported by multiple class 5 switch
  types. We offer many types of Centrex lines

Centrex Features

• Centrex today has over a hundred different
  features available. Along with the traditional
  features that Centrex offers. We continued to
  work on Centrex Mate/ Centrex Control. We have
  added Centrex Simultaneous Ring to the feature
  list. However, it is limited to specific states
  and switch types. Developed Dial Plan for
  Advanced Solution (DPAS) to continue the Centrex
  dialing plan over to Voice DNA service.

• Uses independent power which is not effected by

  reliability.

  choices, and supports seasonal or temporary
  demands.
