5MISSION
- The mission of the Industrial Maintenance
Technology CIP is to provide leadership and
support to the instructors as they strengthen the
program area to better meet the needs of students
and industry.

- An occupational analysis activity bringing
together a team of industry representatives
familiar with the skills needed by graduates of
the Industrial Maintenance Technology Program.
7Objective 2
- A curriculum development activity that brings
together representatives from all colleges
approved to offer Industrial Maintenance
Technology to review the occupational analysis
results.
8Objective 3
- Necessary changes made to current courses and/or
new courses written to meet the needs of
Industrial Maintenance Technology programs with
input from industry, community college faculty,
and representatives from all affected programs.

21Money Matters
- Project pays approved expenses for one
representative from each college approved for the
program. - Travel and most subsistence by reimbursement.
Some meals maybe supplied and so wont need
reimbursing. - Travel Reimbursed at 0.25 per mile, applicable
meals at per diem.

- Reimbursement rates for lodging generally at
actual cost. - Travel Paperwork generally handled at the end of
each meeting. - Must have - Your receipts and signature on
reimbursement forms.
