  presented an energy database geo-referenced of
  Parma town collect
• energy history consupmtion
• energetyc features of buildings and HVAC System
• Database gives a picture of the energetyc
  features of the town
• The criticism is the lack of validity of the data
  on the features of the buildings and HVAC because
  they are statistics data (ISTAT)

PROPOSAL

• The LIFE call fund governance project to riduce
  the CO2 emisions
• We think to respond to the LIFE call with a
  database-software geo-referenced shared between
  ITALY and SWEDEN and any other partners EU,
  through the use of accurate data take from
  dell'EPBD 2002/91 and EPBD 2006/32
• The software-database should be shared with
  citizens and energy services company
