STREAMLINING PERMIT PROCESS -- TIPS

• Request a pre-application meeting for larger
  projects.
• Provide a complete application with clear
  drawings. Complete all necessary checklists for
  TE issues.
• Provide information requested by the Corps in a
  timely manner.
• Utilize the Corps and other Federal agency
  webpages.

HOW TO STAY OUT OF ENFORCEMENT

• Read all permit conditions - general and specific
• Adhere to all permit conditions
• Never initiate work without permit in hand
• Post-permitting changes or accidental fills -
  contact the Corps
• When in doubt, call
