PMR-51 is an approved Major Program established
to oversee all aspects of surface/airborne
vehicle and personnel stealth and weapons system
counter stealth technology and support testing,
and cruise missile defense technologies,
integration, and testing. Responsible for
oversight of all LO/CLO IRD. Co-assigned under
the Chief of Naval Research as ONR SP (Special
Projects). Co-assigned as OPNAV 091D, Navy
representative to OSD LO/CLO Tri-Service
Committee. Position is 2 years as deputy PM with
fleet up to PM. Alternates with Surface Warfare
Officer.
