• Acquired tax maps from City of Bangor
• Acquired property owner information.
• Met with Carolyn Fish from ReMax about downtown
  vacancies.
• Set up meeting with Epstein Commercial about
  downtown vacancies.
• Worked on converting Autocad files of downtown
  area to a more useful layer format.
• WBRC site visits.

Coming Up

• Meeting with Epstein Commercial about existing
  downtown vacancies.
• Awaiting addresses from Carolyn Fish on existing
  downtown vacancies.
• Contacting owners to obtain permission for site
  entry.

Later this summer

• Once permissions have been granted, site visits
  can start.
• Site visits will be used to create an average
  cost /ft2 to bring buildings in predefined
  neighborhoods up to code. (ADA, Lead Paint,
  Asbestos, Structural)

Final Product

• Data will be overlaid with maps compiled using
  Andys data on Services and Infrastructure.
• A written report on the findings and data
  collection will be made publicly available upon
  the conclusion of the summer.
