  implementation and create the Business Blueprint.
• The Business Blueprint is a detailed
  documentation of your companys requirements in
  Winword format. Application consultants and the
  Business Process Teams achieve a common
  understanding of how the enterprise intends to
  run its business within the R/3 System, by
  carrying out requirements-gathering workshops.
• It focuses on documenting the business process
  requirements of the institution (customer) and
  combining them with SAP functionality in order
  to prepare a Business Blueprint Document.

• This check is carried out consistently throughout
  the entire Business Blueprint and Realization
  phase of your implementation project, as it is
  advisable to deal with questions relating to each
  phase of the project as they arise. You can
  perform analyses by completing checklists. The
  current analysis focuses on performance-critical
  factors and parameters that are difficult to
  change at a later date.
• After completing each checklist, you receive a
  report, which has to be discussed with the
  Project Management. The report provides valuable
  recommendations on optimizing your configuration,
