HOW TO GET AROUND
For people coming from big cities like London,
Aalborg is very small. There is not a underground
so the city relies on buses for public transport.
The buses are very good, and are normally on
time. It only costs 6,5kr for a bus that goes
through the city.

• Aalborg is a lively city buzzing with activity
  both day and night summer and winter. Aalborg
  has many exciting music venues and the city
  offers everything from classical concerts to
  large outdoor rock concerts.

THE CARNIVAL
The Carnival in Aalborg is the biggest in
Northern Europe, a time when the whole city
bubbles with high spirits. The theatres of the
city have performances all year round and Aalborg
Kongres Kultur Center offers everything from
ballet and opera to concerts, musicals and shows
with international names.

This street in Aalborg is very popular among the
people. Along that street you will find bars,
restaurants, discos, pizzabars, nightclubs,
dancing etc. The street is part of the old
Aalborg and is cobble stones all the way.

INTERESTED IN ANIMALS???
If you are an animal person and you are in
Denmark, Aalborg is the place to go. Aalborg zoo
is the second in line in the whole of Denmark.
If you come at feeding time you will have an
extra experience
Aalborg Zoo has 150 different species of animals
from the whole world.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST,
The Tivoli in Aalborg is not as big and grand s
that in Copenhagen but there are still lots of
fun rides and nice gardens. There is a wide range
of restaurants and cafeterias. Many rides are
not scary, however there are lots of fun fast
ones aswell!!!!
