  • Liability for PII with the Preparer who enters
    PIIconsumer may receive up to 500 per act of
    recording.
  • The Recorder SHALL NOT be liable.
  • The Act does NOT apply to state or federal tax
    liens, certified copies of death certificates and
    other documents that are required to have PII
  • Effective Date of Act
