• Who are we?
• We are Asian Americans Community members and
  Minority leadership living in USA and Exercising
  our Rights in the Political Process and we want
  to participate in the main stream politics and to
  create a platform for our next generation.
• When was MDPAAC Established?
• Spring of 2008, During the National Democratic
  Presidential Nomination Process for 2008.

• Why MDPAAC was Established?
• MDPAAC was established due to the demand of the
  unique political need when President Obama was
  running for the Presidency.
  
• Missouri needs the Asian American Leadership play
  an active role in Political activities
  
• As we believe in our Motto, We Bring Missouri
  Together So there is a great need of MDPAAC.
  
• Increase awareness among Asian Americans about
  their rights and responsibilities in shaping the
  political landscape of the State and the Nation.

• MISSION STATEMENT
•  
• The mission of the Missouri Democratic Party
  Asian American Caucus (MDPAAC) is to stimulate an
  active interest in Asian Americans relating to
  Political and Governmental affairs to facilitate
  Asian American participation in the Missouri
  Democrat Party to promote the ideas and
  principles of the Democratic Party and to
  encourage and seek Asian American candidates for
  public office. The Caucus shall work with the
  Asian American Communities to bring their issues
  to the State and National political attention. We
  are catalyst for the Asian- American Communities
  living in United States of America to exercise
  their Rights in the Main Stream Political Process
  through the Democratic Party.

• Goals of MDPAAC
• Promote and open MDPAAC new Chapters in the (all
  )114 Counties of the great state of Missouri.
  
• Increase the number of Asian American Voters in
  Missouri.
  
• Pursue political agenda based on issues that
  concern the Asian Americans of the great state of
  Missouri through close coordination with elected
  representatives at all levels of government.
• To have a regular ongoing contact between
  political leadership with Asian American voters
  and the Asian American Communities in the state
  of Missouri and build the political awareness of
  Asian American citizens.
•  Provide an edge for the Missouri Democratic
  Party through extended reach out to Asian
  Americans.

• What We Have Done So Far?
• Participated in the Primary Election
• Participated in the General Election
• MDPAAC ran a recent Presidential Campaign
• MDPAAC Sponsored Campaign Office
• MDPAAC Sponsored Door-2-Door Campaign
• MDPAAC Sponsored Phone Bank
• MDPAAC Conducted Open-House session
• MDPAAC Conduct Neighborhood Campaign
• MDPAAC Leaderships attended many concurrent
  meetings
  
• MDPAAC Leadership had communicated through the
  Missouri Democratic Party Leaderships and have
  been recognized by them.

• Inauguration of MDPAAC
• In the Past we have been working as an ad-hoc
  organization and we have had great achievements
  by MDPAAC.
  
• Now it is the Time to move forward. Today we are
  turning in to a sustaining Organization so that
  we can achieve our organizational objectives.
  
• All the work done previously was on Adhoc basis
  in which many of you have been involved.
  
• Today we want to complete our Organizational
  Structure.

• Membership
• In order to be a active member and to be part of
  the MDPAAC one should have an application filled
  out and paid the annual dues.
  
• To secure your voting right you must fill out an
  application and pay the annual dues.
  
• You may collect your membership application from
  the membership desk now or may visit online and

• Annual Membership is 25.00
