  • An non-enrolled member doesnt.
  • We lose more than 50 percent of our newest
    members within 5 years.

  • Dont surprise them
  • Let them know what will happen to them
  • Dont make them undress in front of a couple of
    old men
  • Dont ignore them
  • Dont take them for granted
  • If your doing ritual, do it well, and explain it
