- 1.Human-centered approach to reach needy people
- 2.Perceiving people not only as recipients of
assistance but also as future leaders of
development, and empowering them accordingly - 3.Placing emphasis on the benefit of vulnerable
people whose survival, livelihood , and dignity
are at risk - 4. Focusing both on freedom from want and
freedom from fear (including the gap between
post-conflict emergency humanitarian aid and
subsequent reconstruction assistance

various technical trainings/ IEC skill up
workshops, seminars Capacity building of medical
personnel, community organization (Womens
Union), etc. - IEC and Advocacy activities conducive to behavior
change with the initiative of the women
Empowerment of the people - Strengthening of project management and
monitoring capacities of the provincial and
district level health centers Empowerment of
local health system
