needs of younger adults and families - To instruct all parish committees to develop

- Council constitutional duty to appoint and
terminate committees to implement mission - Strength and blessing of St Vs that we have a
multitude of groupsbut - Not all need to be responsible for implementing
strategic planning although some must - We must present an effective organization to PLD
candidates - Need an effective bottom-up self-evaluation
