ContactsAlso, HKN and TBP are thinking of
holding our Intersociety sports night during
E-Week if possible. It will depend somewhat on
Maxwell field availability which can be volatile
at times. Let me know if you forsee any problems
with this. We'll make sure to coordinate with the
other E-Week events as to ensure no overlapping
times.
16ASME
- So ASME thought of something not on the list
that we would like to do asour Night Event. We
would like to do the Screen on the Green, but
we'dlike to expand on it by making it a carnival
night (i.e. there will be ascreen on the green,
popcorn machine, cotton candy, makeshift games to
winASME t-shirts, etc). If that gets shot down,
we'll think of somethingelse. My officers aren't
too fond of the ideas on the list /Anyways, to
answer the other questionsENTERTAINING - purely

- The four events Bonfire, Clubbing in SF, Wine
and Cheese with Grad Students and Paintball. - Entertaining and Attractive ones that involve
either competition or professors doing crazy
things (think dunk tank...). - Beneficial would be events that reach out the
community (both campus and beyond) to show them
the importance of engineering and what we do.
Hope that helps!

- 1)BonfireClubbing Screen on the GreenBroom
ball2) We are all used to the technical events
so I think a social one would be a good idea and
the most entertaining. As far as what kind, maybe
something like bowling or attending a sporting
event. I think that as far as most beneficial, a
social event, again, would be the best idea. It
would not only give everyone a good break from
school but would also help in the formation of
new study groups.
