350B - Cuts across the board are forecasted to continue
- Cuts impacting people with significant
disabilities - At least 22 states have cut services to people
with disabilities, reduced reimbursement rates,
reduced/eliminated servicesaffecting AbilityOne
CRPs - Recession at state level is expected to last
18-24 months longer than at federal level
