• How will your audience use the document?
• How can you facilitate that use?
• Will the document be used for other purposes?
• How can you make your document more usable for
  your primary and secondary audiences?

Form a Committee

• Get together into groups of 2-4 people (3 is
  optimal)
• Exchange personal information (email address,
  cell numbers)
• Find common interests
• Determine what Cultures interest each of you and
  select a culture on which to report

• Determine
• Why your CEO (your instructor) needs to visit
  your selected cultures,
• Which cultures I am visiting,
• What details will be important to include in your
  report.

• Your report will be a collaborative effort with
  individual segments for each culture.

• Table of Contents
• List of Illustrations
• General Introduction, and
• Appendices (if necessary)
