How To Apply nanocoat ?

• On New Tracks
• A) Simple clean the portion to be applied with
  plain cloth to remove dust oil particles.
• B) Apply one single coat of nanocoat and keep
  it to cure for 24hrs . After 24hrs , the tracks
  are ready to be installed.
• On Corroded tracks
• a) Clean the portion be wire brush , emery paper
  , hammer and remove maximum rust scaling
  pitting including the already used paint layer.
• b) Apply one coat of nanocoat and keep it cure
  for 24 hrs.
• c) After the curing , apply one coat of
  synthetic enamel paint for complete track portion
  of 10 (Ten) years from corrosion .
• We would suggest one coat of Synthetic enamel
  over one coat of nanocoat in most track areas
  because of extra protection from corrosion
  longer track life.
