Structure of Havermale H. S.
  • FIVE CORE TEAMS
  • Two 9/10 grade CORES
  • Two 11/12 grade CORE
  • One 9/12 grade CORE Medicine Wheel
    Academy
  • There are 5-6 teachers in each CORE, 3 in MWA.
  • Each teacher has an Advisory group of about
  • 12 students. (Twenty-four Advisory groups total)
  • Havermale has a six-period day. Advisory meets
  • DAILY for 30 minutes (2nd period)

  • Advisory provides students with a supportive
    group of peers, allowing students to learn and
