When cutting off the top section center

Sleeve Bearings - Part Number 2934T7 For Shaft

When cutting off the top section center the cut
between the bearings. I didnt and the flange is
in the way when adding shims. When laying out the
holes for the bearings add 1/16 plus the width
of the saw blade. If your saw blade makes a rough
cut then you may have to increase the measurement
to allow for smoothing the cut surface.
Machine screws are 1/4-20 X 1 Allen head If
using Aluminum for your base. You may want to
use some never cease on the screws

I used 1/2 Aluminum plate for my base. The
crank came from an old Ice Crusher that laid in
the basement for thirty years.
