- A global technical assistance program started in
1983 in the aftermath of the first oil crisis. - 80-90 (public) donor funded, 10-20 World Bank
Group - About 100 projects, for 25-30million of
commitments

- Technical Assistance Training to governments,
public institutions and private sector banks and
enterprises - Analytical work on sector strategy and policy, at
