    lead to power struggle/limited alternatives
    remain once verbal declaration made.
  • Use nonverbal when possible first/then verbal

  • Develop a scenario where you use a hint,
    questions, requests, demands. Share.
  • As a class we need to discuss these four actions.

    current behavior.
