• Verbal Intervention often disrupts class/hostile
  due to emotional content/teacher centered can
  lead to power struggle/limited alternatives
  remain once verbal declaration made.
• Use nonverbal when possible first/then verbal

  questions, requests, demands. Share.
• As a class we need to discuss these four actions.

  cueing(awareness) to prompt reflection on
  current behavior.
