• What is the position of the MS on the ETC?
• Only the EC has expressed some concerns about
  possible cases
• ETC is an open reception centre, persons
  accommodated can move freely after informing the
  authorities.
• Distribution of tasks among the partners
  concerning services provided in the ETC. Relevant
  experience of the UNHCR IPs during the Uzbek
  Operation, opportunities that Timisoara offers
  (Interpreters Foreign Languages University).
• Funding of the operation - Are extra funding

  will be very much needed
