Draft-02 Updates

• Changes to use consistent terminology with the
  framework draft.
• Added new section (2.1) on terminology.
• Use of net data rate where relevant (including
  DSL line attributes) as discussed on the list.

Draft-02 Updates

• Added text on DSL multi-pair bonding in the
  terminology section.
• Added text for handling of bonded loops in the
  Topology Discovery Extensions section (5.4.2).
• Clarified message format in Line configuration
  extensions section 5.4.3 (based on exchange on
  the mailing list).

Draft-02 Updates

• TLV/Sub-TLV collision discussion
• TLV for Access-Loop-Remote-ID and Sub-TLV for
  Access-Loop-Encapsulation NOT deprecated.
• Main concern is divergence from TR-101, and
  RFC4679 (DSLF Vendor-Specific RADIUS Attributes).
• Dont see an issue if we dont deprecate these
  TLVs (as we have already defined new type for
  TLVs that collided with these two TLVs).

• Solidify ANCP GR draft
• Support for Multicast Use-cases agreed upon by
  the WG.
