How To Get Started

• Before you start your new business, Global will
  train you to help make the most effective use of
  your time, because time is money! The training
  course will cover
• Modern Methods of Cleaning
• Effective use of Materials
• Health Safety Regulations
• Effective communication with Clients
• Courses run on Saturdays and cost 95.00 or
  125.00 if you bring a partner

The Next Step

• Once you have completed your training, I will
  introduce you to local cleaning contracts which
• Are reasonably priced
• May be purchased
• outright (Debit/Credit Card or Cash) or
• through a loan facility provided by Global
• Will earn you 80 of what the client pays
• Can be sold to anyone you like, whenever you
  like, provided that they pass the Global Training
  Course
• Can be resold on your behalf by Global. In this
  case, you will receive a refund of 50 of the
  original price you paid when a resale is
  completed.

What Global Does

• We retain 20 of what the client pays (plus a
  fixed charge) to cover administration and
  management costs, such as
• Invoicing We invoice the clients on your behalf
  monthly
• Payment Monthly, by the 28th day paid a month in
  arrears (even if we havent been paid!)
• Insurance We cover you for accidental damage up
  to 2m. We even pay the premium and process any
  claims
• Holiday and Sickness We can assist with
  replacement labour when necessary
• Price Increases We negotiate these for you every
  year to keep pace with inflation

What Global Does

• Support Regular contact and support from me,
  your local Business Development Manager
• Customer Services We have a Head Office
  department dedicated to dealing with emergencies,
  and which regularly checks clients are happy and
  resolves any problems
• Unsecured Finance We can extend to you an
  unsecured loan of up to 4000 (with up to 40
  repayment instalments).
• Repayments Loans will be subject to a monthly
  interest charge THERE ARE NO PENALTIES FOR
  EARLY REPAYMENT

• Receive a Global Identity Badge
• Be shown contracts in your local area to choose

• Receive your starter pack of janitorial supplies
