• Since the earths surface is made of very
  different types of land and water, it absorbs the
  suns heat at different rates.

• Wind energy is free and completely renewable
• Does not cause pollution

• - Must have a steady wind blowing at all times
• - Wind generators are noisy
• - Can kill migrating birds.

  the wind will blow as long as the sun shines.
