When to report

Day of Accident
  • When a work-related injury or illness occurs, the
    worker, employer and treating practitioner are
    obligated under the Workplace Safety and
    Insurance Act to report them to the WSIB

    treatment of minor burns and applying bandages

  • Sign the accident form (form 7)
