- The building is a RCC framed structure with
ground plus four upper floors. - Laboratories most of the rooms are
air-conditioned, either by split type or window
type AC units as per functional requirements of
the building. - Acid/Alkali resistant ceramic tiles flooring/dado
has been provided in laboratories. - The building is provided with fire fighting
measures as required in the Industrial Zone i.e.
fire corridors all around the building on all
floors, wet risers, fire escape staircase etc. - External surfaces are finished with terraco stone
finish of Euro fin/Acrylic exterior grade.

- Salient points

- One of the prestigious assignment, this project
comprises of two buildings in 4.88 acres site. - The main building is the office building for A.G.
Chhattisgarh, the other one is Training Institute
for G.S.I. - A.G. Office Building
- This is a multi-storeyed structure i.e. ground
plus eight upper floors with built-up area of
23500 sq.m. and basement area of 2400sq.m. - Basement area shall provide for parking, services
and storage etc. - AGs office rooms, Conference hall etc. are
located on the second - Floor, which will be centrally A.C.
- All other office areas are proposed to be
centrally air cooled. - A majestic covered entrance on first floor is
provided through a ramped approach road. -
9- Permanent external finish of granite stone
cladding upto ground floor and sand stone
cladding above that is proposed. - Decorative horizontal bands having local art
motif of Baster area in GRC shall be provided on
all floors. - The entrance area will be enhanced by cladding of
aluminum composite panels and curtain walls. - Large green area in several pockets and
landscaping with plantation have been provided
along with rain water harvesting.

- Located in one corner of the site, it has
independent access. - This will be a three storeyed building with
built-up area of 2400 sq.m. - Permanent external finish of stand stone will be
