Message from the CEO
  • The management of WellNecessities is
    committed to the safety and health of its
    employees and will provide the resources and
    staff necessary to develop, implement, and
    administer a safety program for the protection of
    its employees. All members of management and
    each employee are expected to carry out their
    responsibility and to participate in the program
    to make the safety program effective and
    productive. There will be periodic reviews of
    our safety program to maintain its effectiveness.

Assignment of Responsibility
  • Every executive manager, middle manager,
    supervisor, and employee has responsibilities
    under the safety plan.

Employee Responsibilities
  • Follow work rules, job procedures, and safety
    rules
  • Keep work area safe
  • Report unsafe conditions
  • Attend and participate in safety meetings
  • Follow all safety procedures
  • Drive on company business only when authorized
  • Always wear your seatbelt
  • Report all job-related injuries immediately
  • Participate in accident investigations
  • Wear all required personal protective equipment

Injuries and Accidents
  • All injuries and accidents occuring on the job
    MUST be reported to your supervisor, who will
    then report it to the Human Resource department.
  • The employee will receive medical care, if
    needed.
  • The injury/accident will be investigated.
  • Corrective action recommendations will be
    implemented.

Safety Meetings
  • Supervisors will conduct safety meetings with
    their employees twice a year in June and
    December.
  • Records of topics covered, date of meeting, and
    signature of attendees will be kept by the
    supervisor for three (3) years.
  • Managers will set an example by following all
    workplace safety rules.

Where Do We Assemble?
  • Following an evacuation, assemble in the parking
    lot on the north side of the building, facing the
    AIG building.
  • Do not leave that area until youve been
    accounted for and your evacuation coordinator or
    supervisor has given the all clear.

  • Spray at the base of the fire
