- As EIRS Manager, you can
- Approve Hotline Volunteers
- Change Passwords
- Edit any Incident Report

- Log in
- Select Team Management
- Select Operations Incident Reporting Nov. 2
- Choose Team (one of 4 regions)
- Choose SubTeam (state)
- Click approve by Hotline Volunteer(s) name
- Select approve (or deny)

- Click GO

- Note you may need to check other SubTeams as
necessary (to find Volunteer by their State of
residence)

- Log in
- Select Team Management
- Select Operations Incident Reporting Nov. 2
- Choose Team (one of 4 regions)
- Choose SubTeam (state -- where volunteer resides)
- Click name of volunteer to edit profile
- Select change password
- Enter username, new password, confirm
- Click Save Information

18Using EIRS Edit an Incident Report
IF A CALL COMES IN from someone who has a case
already, and wants to update the Incident Report,
you can research the report using the map (as
described in Research an Incident Report slides
26 34 above). Once a Hotline Volunteer
locates the report, s/he may click on its number
to view it. To edit a report s/he did not enter,
assistance from a manager is needed.
19Using EIRS Edit Any Incident Report
- IF A CALL COMES IN from someone who has a case
already, and wants to update the Incident
Report, you have several options. - Hotline Volunteer forwards call to Manager
On-Site Manager edits the original Report. - Hotline Volunteer finds original Report and asks
Manager for assistance Volunteer logs out and
Manager logs in at Volunteers terminal
Volunteer edits report (Volunteer must log out
when done and log in again as self). - Hotline Volunteer takes the callers update on a
paper Report, and hands it to the Manager when
finished for editing as time permits.

- Log in
- Research Incident Report by Case using search
box - If no Case available, Research using map
(slides 2735 of Hotline Volunteer Module) - Manager can edit any Report, even if entered by
someone else - Follow steps to Edit an Incident Report (slides
3642 of Hotline Volunteer Module)
