  • Past Tense Tells about something that happened
    in the past. It ends in ed.

What do we know?
  • Present Tense Tells about an action that is
    happening now or happens over and over.
  • Add s to most present-tense verbs when the
    subject of the sentence is he, she, it, or a
    singular noun.
  • Identify the present-tense verb.
