• 128bit Block Cipher
• Support same block/key sizes as AES
• Royalty-free Licensing
• Small hardware

Content Encryption

• Three different key sizes are identified by
  OID(s)
• CBC mode only
• Parameter field must have IV
• Plain text padded before encrypt by number of
  appended octets

Key Wrap

• Identical to Section 2.2.1 of RFC3394 (Key Wrap)
  with "AES" replaced by "Camellia"
• OID Parameter field must be NULL
