• Came into existence on July 1, 1981
• A non-profit state agency operated and controlled
  by the Colonial and Red Clay Consolidated School
  Districts
• Provides technological support for many aspects
  of school administration

  involved with common school district functions

• Provide contractual services to Appoquinimink,
  Caesar Rodney, Indian River, Lake Forest,
  Milford, New Castle County Vocational Technical,
  Polytech, Seaford, and Smyrna School Districts,
  as well as the Charter School of Wilmington.
