Primary Responsibilities
  • Headmaster
  • Lead by Example to Provide the Focus and
    Direction that is Evident in Every
  • Classroom and Modeled by All Teachers and
    Staff.
  • Directly Involved, Through Research Based Data,
    Assess, Define, Develop,
  • and Implement Appropriate Programs and
    Services.
  • Promote the Educational Development of Each
    Student that is Shared and Supported
  • by the School Community.
  • Promote Life Long Learners Who Will Have a Well
    Rounded Education in Somers
  • and be Ready to Meet the Demands of their
    Chosen Aspirations.
  • Directly Involved in Achieving High Standards of
    Student Conduct and Enforces
  • Discipline as Necessary According to Due
    Process.
  • Dean of Curriculum Services
  • Part of the Team, that has Well Rounded Shared
    Responsibilities, in Contributing to the
  • Establishment and Maintenance of an Effective
