Blinc mascara was originally created in Japan
over 25 years ago, where it was sold as Kiss Me
Mascara. However, it earned a cult following
worldwide, as visitors to Japan discovered the
unique mascara. In 1999 an US corporation
purchased the rights to Kiss Me mascara and in
2001 re-branded it as Blinc mascara for the
international market. Blinc mascara is still
manufactured in Tokyo.

conventional oil- based mascaras.

Blinc Lash Primer

Blinc Lash Primer enhances the volume length of
lashes, prior to applying Blinc mascara, and can
also be used as a strengthening treatment for
lashes and eyebrows. Blinc Lash Primer is
dye-free and does not contain any fumes or
fragrances that will sting or irritate the eyes.
Its anti-inflammatory and healing agents sooth
and enhance the strength of the lashes and
eyebrows. Blinc Lash Primer is also enriched
with nourishing Vitamin E which replenishes and
augments the level of Vitamin B5 in lashes and
eyebrows. Blinc Lash Primer protects lashes
and eyebrows from the damage caused by
over-heating, radicals caused by the natural body
process and environmental stresses.
