Limitations

• Group travel must still be completed on paper
  request.
• Deans, Directors, Vice Presidents, and Senior
  Vice President travel reimbursement requests
  should continue to be processed via paper for the
  time being.
• Multiple accounts with different approval paths
  cannot be used on the same request

Supporting Documentation

• Scanned and attached as digital attachment.
  Please refer to E Travel System handout.
• Please convert image to a PDF document before
  attaching.

• If capability does not exist to scan and attach
  supporting documentation, it can be faxed to
  [phone].
• Please remember not to fax more than one check
  request together. They should be faxed as
  separate faxes.
